Service Offerings - Explained

1. Team Facilitation

Meeting and Retreat Facilitation

Retreats: We facilitate retreats for teams, offices and entire organizations for a variety of purposes including: strategic planning, team building, creative problem solving and project planning, among others. We interview attendees prior to retreats, collaborate with leaders on retreat design and tailor interactive and engaging activities for the session. We also provide follow up recommendations to senior leaders.

Meetings: We facilitate a myriad of meetings including: Board meetings, scientific meetings, planning meetings, task force meetings and All Staff meetings. We also create interactive events for large groups (50-200) to engage participants in discussion, activities and planning around organizational change and challenges.

Team Building and Development

We help you build and sustain high performing teams through any or all of the following: (1) developing a team charter; (2) team building tools like the Myers-Briggs, DISC, Conflict Inventories, Team Assessments, and (3) facilitating team problem-solving and decision-making processes. We help you work through tough challenges on teams (both content and process) and can help you create team and organizational "events" to explore new products or services. We also help you build and facilitate collaborative cross-functional collaboration (to prevent silo-like thinking), build inter-departmental relationships and generate new and creative ideas.  We can coach you in the choice and use of methods, software tools, and techniques that enhance project management, team communication, collaboration, and coordination.

2. Professional Development

Executive and Leadership Coaching

We help leaders and executives clarify and enact strategy and vision; enhance their adaptability, resilience and leadership presence, and lead organizational change with clarity and vision.  This service offering includes assessments like: MBTI, FIRO-B, VOICES 360, and numerous others.

Mentoring Programs

We design mentoring programs for your organization to help you provide developmental opportunities for your staff. We can help you assess the type of program that will meet your needs (e.g., matching, self-selection), design the key components of the program (meet and greet sessions, program goals, mentor expectations, program evaluation), facilitate mentor-mentee events, provide training and tools to mentors and mentees (Myers Briggs, Conflict Management, Setting Expectations), offer guidance to mentoring pairs and monitor and guide the overall program.
